INSPECTION DETAILS - F. RIGHT REAR
SIDE WINDOW SUNSHADE*
Check that the side window sunshade can be raised and
lowered smoothly.
POWER WINDOW
With the engine switch in ON mode, operate the power
window switch. Check that the power window up and down
operation is smooth.
AUXILIARY BOX*
Check that the auxiliary box opens and closes smoothly and
that it does not make noise during operation.
SEAT BELT
Check seat belt operation.
a) Check that the belt extends and retracts smoothly.
b) Check that the belt is not twisted.
c) Check that the buckle locks securely and releases
smoothly.
d) Check that the adjustable seat belt anchor operates
properly and that it securely locks in position.
CHILD PROTECTOR LOCK
Check that the rear door cannot be opened by the inside
door handle but can still be opened by the outside door
handle when the child protector is in the locked position.
POWER WINDOW AND DOOR LOCKS
a) With the engine switch in ON mode, operate the power
window switch. Check that the power window up and
down operation is smooth.
b) Check operation of the power door lock switch.
c) With the doors closed, check that the power window can
be fully operated after the engine switch has been
switched to the ACCESSORY or OFF mode.
NOTE:
This feature is canceled after 45 seconds or if either front
door is opened.
