6. Click XX optional updates are available.
7. Tick the Language Pack you want to install and click OK to install it.

The installation can take a while. Once the installation is finished, you can
directly switch to the installed language pack. When you switch language
packs, you have to log off and on again.

To change to a language pack that has already been installed, go to
Keyboards and Languages Tab in Regional and Language Options
window and choose the display language desired.
