Error message list

If an error occurs while using the product, a
message is displayed. Take appropriate action
according to the following message/remedy/
cause list.
"An error has occurred in the connection
to the vehicle. Contact your dealer for
inspection."
• A connection error between the product and
the vehicle is detected. Contact your Mitsubishi
Motors Dealer.
"An error has occurred with the GPS antenna.
Contact your dealer for inspection."
• The GPS antenna is not connected or the
connection is loose. Contact your Mitsubishi
Motors Dealer.
"The microphone has a bad connection.
Contact your dealer for inspection."
• No microphone is connected or the connection
is loose. Contact your Mitsubishi Motors Dealer.

Troubleshooting

What appears to be trouble is not always serious.
Check the following points before calling your
Mitsubishi Motors Dealer.
• For operations with the external components,
refer also to the instructions supplied with
the adapters used for connection (as well as
the instructions supplied with the external
components).
❏General
No sound comes out of the speakers.
• Adjust the volume to the optimum level.
The screen blanks.
• Turn on the screen. (Page 22)
The product does not work properly.
• Switch the power switch (or ignition) of the car
off then on. If this does not work, contact your
Mitsubishi Motors Dealer.
❏Bluetooth connection
The Bluetooth device does not detect the
product.
• Turn off, then turn on the Bluetooth device.
• Turn off, then turn on the product.
