14 Settings
The different functions of your phone can be customized to suit your own preferences via the
Setting functions.
To access the Setting functions, you can:
In main menu screen, move the cursor to Settings icon and press [OK].
In main menu screen, press [8].
In main menu screen, tap Settings icon using the stylus.
Then, you can press [1]-[7] to access Language, Time and Date, Sounds, Display, Phone
settings, Network Services, Phone data and Switch on/off respectively.
Language
Press [Select] to select a language.
When the cursor is moved to 简体中文(simplified Chinese), press the right soft key to
select input methods for simplified Chinese.
Time and Date
You can change the current date and time as follows:
For date formats, you have three options: Year/Month/Day (default), Day/Month/Year,
and Month/Day/Year. Press
In the Date field, enter the current date.
In the Time field, enter the current time.
Note：
Effective date input range: 1951/01/01~2050/12/31.
Time format: 24-hour.
The right soft key is a shortcut for Alarm function.
Sounds
You can set the Ringtone for incoming calls, Message ringer, Key tones, Screen tap tone,
Sound alerts and Profiles. You can press [1]-[6] to access the above functions respectively.
Ringtone

In the Melody field: press
melody list and move the cursor to select the desired one and press [OK].
In the Alert field: there are four choices: Ring, Vibrate, Ring&Vibrate and Silent mode.

to select the desired one.
In the Ring mode field:: press
—Group Ringtone
You can set a unique ring tone for a Contacts group.
In the Use group field: press [Select] to activate the group ringtone ..
