To connect your Sensor to your computer, do the following:
1. Plug the small end of the supplied adaptor cable into the receptacle on the left side of
the Sensor as shown here

2. Plug the other end of the cable into an available USB port on your computer.
If this is the first time that you have connected the Sensor to you computer, you may be shown
the New Hardware Wizard. Accept the default option to allow the process to continue.
You may be asked if you want to install each of the two device drivers. Nomadio is actively
working towards achieving Windows Logo Certification and currently passes all the required
tests available from Windows Hardware Quality Labs. Click Continue Anyway to continue the
installation.
Your computer will recognize the Sensor as being connected via a new serial communications
port.
