Messages

You can use your phone to send or receive text messages. The
following sections describe the message-specific operations.

Write Message

To write and send a short message to a specific phone number, do as
follows:
1.
Select MENU → Messages → Write Message.

Edit the message.
3.
Press the Left soft key or OK key.
The following options are displayed.
Send: Send the message to the specified recipient.
Send & Save: Send the message to the specified recipient
and save the message to the Outbox.
Save: Save the message to the Outbox.
Insert Phrase: Insert a phrase into the message.
Insert PH. NO.: Insert a phone number from the phone book
into the message.
Insert name: Insert a name from the phone book into the
message.

Select Send and then enter the recipient's phone number, or
press the Left soft key or OK key to select a phone number from
the phone book.
5.
After you select a phone number, you can press Send to send
messages. Alternatively, press the Left soft key or OK key to
display the following options.
Send: Send the message to the recipient.
