IMPORTANT PRECAUTIONS

using the strength equipment. Use the

maximum stability, anchor the strength
equipment to the floor where required or

before each use of the strength equipment.

port a maximum total weight of 1,270
pounds. The short storage bar can hold up to
six 25-pound plates (150 pounds). The upper
long storage bar can hold up to fourteen 35-
pound plates (490 pounds). The lower long
storage bar can hold up to fourteen 45-pound
plates (630 pounds). The strength equipment
can also hold two Olympic size straight or
curl bars. Note: The strength equipment does
not include barbells or weights.
11. Keep the strength equipment indoors, away
from moisture and dust. Do not put the
strength equipment in a garage or covered
patio, or near water.
12. If you feel pain or dizziness at any time while
exercising, stop immediately and begin cool-
ing down.
