The RAM manages the PCMCIA interface as follows :

• 32 bytes are used for I/O data exchange,
• 2016 bytes are used as the Attribute Memory (defined by the
PCMCIA Standard 2.1 or by the PC Card Standard) and can
also be used as extended executable memory for the
microcontroller.
