PARTS LIST Before starting to assemble, please check that all parts mentioned on the parts list are in the packaging. Unwrap all packaging materials and place components on top of carton box or on a clean floor to prevent it from scratching. - Page 6 OPERATION • Place the barbecue on a flat, safe surface before you start to use it. • Before you can use the smoker barbecue in all its functions, it must be burned in. Use seasoned wood from trees to make a fire in both drums and let this burn for up to 2 hours. This will give a black carbon coating in the inner chambers.
- Page 7 CAUTION Only use firelighters complying with EN 1860-3. • Use odor-neutral firelighters. • For American barbecue and smoking: do not use lighter fluids, lighter gels and lighters containing paraffin. • Let the firelighters burn through completely before starting to cook in the smoker barbecue.
