Aerodynamics.
The exterior of the Volvo FL cab has an
aerodynamic design and is gently rounded
in order to lower the air resistance. Apart
from saving fuel it also increases the
general drivability.
Front grille.
The front grille with its honeycomb mesh
pattern increases air-flow which facilitates
engine cooling and the aftertreatment
process.

Air deflectors.
The air deflectors also help decrease
resistance and with additional wind
deflector panels you'll be able to decrease
fuel consumption even further.
V-lights.
The Volvo FL's headlamp, with the charac-
teristic V-shaped LEDs that fulfil EU regu-
lations for daytime running lights, improve
visibility and are easily dismounted. The
LED lights are dimmed when parking or
low beam lights are activated.
Optional roof hatch.
A roof hatch, either in glass or metal, con-
trolled manually or electrically, is available
for your Volvo FL.
