Answering a Call

Answering a Voice Call

If there is an incoming call,
Press Send Key to answer it.
You can use the microphone on the earphone to talk if there is an incoming call.
Press the button on the earphone to answer the call.
Caution:
Adjust the volume to a moderate level to avoid injury to your ear, See Basic Operations-Answering a
call-Setting volume.

Answering a Video Call

Press Send Key to answer it.

Setting Volume

During a call, press Up/Down Key (see Introduction-Overview) to adjust the call volume.

Rejecting a Call

If there is an incoming call, press End Key or Right Soft Key [Reject] to reject it.

Ending a Call

Press End Key to end a call.

Call Options

Press Left Soft Key [Options] during a call for more options. Options vary depending on the current
situation:
1. Before you answer the call:
Mute/Unmute: Mute or Unmute your current ringtone.
SMS Reject: Send an SMS message to the caller if your reject his or her call.
2. After you answer the call:
Hold /Active: Put the current call on hold or retrieve the call.
End call: End the current call.
Record/Loudsp./HF off: Record the current call. /Turn on the speaker. /Turn off the speaker.
DTMF off/on: Enable or disable sending DTMF tone.
Messages: Switch to the messages interface during a call.
Phonebook: Switch to Phonebook interface during a call.
Services: You can browse internet by this option only during a voice call when the 3G network is
available. This function is not available when you are making the call in 2G network.

Locking/Unlocking Your Keypad

Use the keypad lock to prevent the keys from being accidentally pressed.
