(6) Removal of the cylinder and the second hammer
Remove the Stopper Ring [34] from the inside diameter portion of the Cylinder [22]. Then the Second
Hammer [27], O-ring (1AP-20) [28], Hammer Holder [29], O-ring (B) [30], Damper (A) [31], O-ring (C) [32]
and Damper Holder [33] can be removed from the Cylinder [22]. Remove the Stopper Ring [34] from the
groove of the inside diameter portion of the Cylinder [22] by tapping the Stopper Ring [34] through the 5-mm
diameter hole of the Cylinder [22] with a hammer and a punch as shown in Fig. 17. At reassembly, replace the
Stopper Ring [34] with new one as the removed Stopper Ring [34] is deformed. To prevent idle hammering,
also replace O-ring (C) [32] with new one at reassembly.
Tap with a hammer.
