Air filter

1.
Wash the air filters with water or clean them with vacuum cleaner.
• If the dust does not come off easily, wash them with neutral detergent thinned with lukewarm water,
then dry them up in the shade.
• It is recommended to clean the air filters every 2 weeks.
Titanium apatite photocatalytic air-purifying filter
The titanium apatite photocatalytic air-purifying filter can be renewed by washing it with water once
every 6 months. We recommend replacing it once every 3 years.
[ Cleaning ]
1.
Vacuum dusts, and soak in warm water or water for about 10 to 15 minutes if dirt is
heavy.
2.
Do not remove filter from frame when washing with water.
3.
After washing, shake off remaining water and dry in the shade.
4.
Since the material is made out of polyester, do not wring out the filter when removing
water from it.
[ Replacement ]
1.
Remove the tabs on the filter frame and replace with a new filter.
• Dispose of the old filter as non-flammable waste.
Air supply filter
(Clean once in about 3 months and replace once in about 1 year.)
Cannot be washed with water.
1.
Open the front panel to pull out the air filter and
titanium apatite photocatalytic air-purifying filter.
(page 28.)
2.
Pull out the air supply filter.
[ Cleaning ]
1.
Remove dust with a vacuum cleaner.
• The component of the filter is weak in water. Do not rinse the filter.
[ Replacement ]
1.
Discharge the 4 tabs of the filter frame and replace
the filter with a new one.
• Dispose a used filter as unburnable waste. (material: polyester)
2.
Replace the air supply filter to its original position.
3.
Set the titanium apatite photocatalytic air-
purifying filter and the air filter as they were and
close the front panel. (page 28.)
CAUTION
• Do not forget to replace the filter to its original position after cleaning it. Operating the unit in HUMIDIFYING mode without attaching the
filter may cause condensation to form inside the panel or others, causing water to leak.
