2. Solder the wires to the piezo disc (56). The ceramic part of the disc is very sensitive to heat and
can be tricky to solder to. For your convenience, we have tinned the disc to make soldering
easier.

3. Clean all the finger oil and other contaminants from the bottom of the disc with rubbing alcohol
and a rag or paper towel (57). Make sure you don't touch the surface you just cleaned!

4. Place the double sided tape on the bottom of the piezo disc (58,59). Make sure it covers the
entire bottom surface. Trim off the overhanging excess with scissors (60,61).

5. Gently Twist the wires of the disc together.
