This
command
allows quick
deletion of
files
from
a particular
diskette.
To
use
purge, you must
know
the diskette's
master password,
(trsdos System
diskettes are
supplied with
the
password password.)
When
the
command
is
entered,
trsdos
will
ask
for the diskette's password.
Type
in
up
to
eight characters. Press
(
ENTER)
if
you
typed fewer than
eight
characters.
The System
will then display user filenames one
at a
time,
prompting you
to
kill or leave each
file.

purge
user
files
from
Drive
1
.
This
would
include basic programs.
