Setting up the "Quick Connection Settings" tab
(The appearance of the above dialog box varies
depending on the situation in which the Bluetooth™ is used.)
Set up the Quick Connection dialog box
Allows you to specify whether to display the Quick Connection dialog box when you launch Bluetooth™
PC Driver Utility.
Set up services you want to use simultaneously
Allows you to specify the services to which you want to connect simultaneously. Place check marks
in the check boxes for all services to which you want to connect simultaneously.
You can use either a "dial-up connection" or "fax connection" to connect to the Modem Station.
Connect automatically when PC Utility starts
Allows you specify whether the Bluetooth™ automatically establishes a quick connection when you
start Bluetooth™ PC Driver Utility.
Connect automatically when the PC resumes operation
Allows you to specify whether the Bluetooth™ automatically establishes a quick connection when the
computer resumes operation.
Connect automatically at specified time intervals
Allows you to specify whether the Bluetooth™ automatically establishes connections at specified
time intervals. If you want the Bluetooth™ to do so, specify the time intervals at which the Bluetooth™
establishes connections. You can specify any length of time between 10 and 20 minutes.
Apply
Enables all settings you made on the "Quick Connection Settings" tab. If you click the "Close" button
before clicking the "Apply" button, the settings you made are canceled.
Close
Allows you to close Bluetooth™ PC Driver Utility. If you want to save the changes you made to quick
connection settings, click the "Apply" button before clicking the "Close" button. Failure to do so disables
the changes you made to settings. Remember that clicking the "Close" button does not cause the
Bluetooth™ PC Driver Utility to exit but to simply hide in the task tray, so clicking the "Close" button
when a connection is established does not break off the connection.
