Are the adapter and power
cable connected?
Is Microsoft Silverlight
installed?
Is Microsoft Silverlight
installed properly?
Are the network settings set?
Isn't the fire wall set?
Isn't the power of DMS2.5
disconnected?
Solution
Check if the power is connected to
the other interface module besides
OnOff controller.
Then try again.
Check the connection of
communication cable.
Then try again.
Check the connection of adapter
and power cable. Then try again.
Check the installation status.
Refer to Start → Control Panel →
Add/Remove Programs.
Microsoft Silverlight 2.0 or later
version should be installed to
access web page.
Contact network manager first.
To use power distribution function
properly, the power of DMS2.5
should be connected all the time.
