9- Troubleshooting
Problem
You will hear an
alarm beep.
You will hear a
faint hum.
The interior lighting
or cooling system
does not work.
The sides of the
cabinet get warm.
You will get no
water from the
water dispenser
or no ice cubes
Only small ice
cubes will be
produced.
The ice cubes
smell and taste
unpleasant.
You will hear
like
sounds
flowing of wa-
ter or ice cubes
dropping
Water flows out
of the appliance

Possible Cause
• The door is open.
• The anti-condensation system is
working.
• Mains plug is not connected in the
mains socket.
• The power supply is not intact.
• The LED-lamp is out of order.
• This is normal.
• Water tap is closed.
• Inlet hose is kinked.
• Water pressure is less than 0.15 MPa
• Filter is blocked
• Cool Water/Ice Maker function is
not activated
• Environmental conditions are not
sufficient
Keep in mind that it may take up to 12 hours to produce the first ice cubes.
• Filter must be changed.
• Water pressure is less than 0.15 MPa
• Ice Maker function in not often in
use.
• Unpacked food is stored in the
freezer compartment.
• This is normal when ice or water
function is activated
• Water pressure is too high.
• Water hose is damaged.
Possible Solution
• Close the door.
• This prevents condensation and is
normal.
• Connect the mains plug.
• Check the electrical supply to
the room. Call the local electricity
company!
• Please call the service for chang-
ing the lamp.

• Check water tap.
• Check inlet hose.
• Check water pressure
• Change the filter
• Activate Cool Water/Ice Maker
function
• Ambient temperature must be
minimum 0°C..
• Change the filter
• Check water pressure
• Ice can take the smell and odour
of other substances. Deposit the
ice cubes.

• Interrupt the power supply, close
the water tab and call the Cus-
tomer Service
