The Capture Menu has 2 options:

Get Still (Enter)

5.7.1. Get Still (Enter)
Capture the still image from the still pin by selecting this menu (Capture>>Get Still) or by simply
pressing the "Enter" key on your keyboard. The still image will be saved in the desktop directory by
default. To change where the image is saved, click on the Still File Path (Capture>>Still File Path) and
configure the directory as required. The file name of the image saved will be the current timestamp
