To reconnect the Boston Scientific LATITUDE device monitor to a new modem, follow these steps:

1. Check Switch Configuration: Ensure the 8 switches on the bottom of the LATITUDE Communicator are correctly set for your country. Refer to the patient manual for details.

2. Choose a Connection Method:
- Standard Telephone Line: Connect the Communicator to the phone line.
- Cellular Data Network: Use a compatible cellular adapter.
- Ethernet Adapter: Connect the Communicator to the modem/router using an ethernet cable.

3. Reconnect to the Network:
- Press and hold the Status Button for 6 seconds to attempt a new connection.
- If the light remains yellow, contact the LATITUDE Customer Support Team for assistance.

4. Electrical Safety: Use a surge protector between the wall outlet and the Communicator to prevent damage from power surges.

These steps will help establish a connection between your LATITUDE Communicator and the new modem.
