You can use the H001 overseas with global functions.

Setting Area

While the standby screen
is displayed, press c.
Use a to select "Global
Functions," and then
press c(Select) and
c(OK).
Use j to select "Area
Setting," and then press
c(Select).

"Overseas," and then
press c(Select).
