Replace Drive Battery
STEPS:
1. Turn Power OFF and disconnect
any battery charger.

2. Remove Cowling and set aside.

3. Remove Battery Bracket for
C
access to Batteries .
4. Disconnect the two Battery
D
Connectors .
5. Carefully remove the batteries.
6. Place the old batteries in a plastic
bag.
7. Install replacement batteries
(same as original equipment)
8. Reconnect the two Battery

Connectors making sure Red
goes to Red and Black goes to
Black.
9. Replace the Battery Bracket and

screw - fi tting Bracket UNDER
all wires as shown.
10. Reinstall Cowling.
11. Wipe the battery with a dry cloth
prior to storage. Wash cloth
separately from other clothes.

Assemble Rear Steering Axle

STEPS:
NOTE: Bolt styles may vary.
1. Position Rear Axle in the UP position.

2. Place the Forward Frame into the Pivot Bracket
C
3. Install Pivot Bolt down though Washer
end.

4. Install Locknut .

5. Tighten Locknut securely.
WARNING
: Periodically check Pivot Bolt for tightness. If the Pivot Bolt comes
lose, damage to the product or rider injury may occur.
