WHAT IT MEANS
Blood glucose tests
are prohibited when
the battery is
recharging.
Appears when the
battery is too low.
Fail to detect SIM
card.
In the airplane mode,
phone communication
is prohibited.
Appears when the
strip is not inserted
correctly.
Appears when
ambient temperature
is above or below
system operation
range.
Appears when failing
to find the GPRS
signals.
Appears when no
phone number is

WHAT TO DO
Please plug out USB before
performing a blood glucose test.
Recharge the battery immediately.
Please check the SIM card or
re-insert it. Contact the service
center if the problem persists
Turn off the airplane mode in the
Setting.
Please re-insert the strip and
make sure its front side is facing
up.
System operation range is 10°C to
40°C (50°F to 104°F). Repeat the
test after the meter and test strip
are in the above temperature
range.
Contact your service provider for
assistance.

contact the customer service.

immediately. The latest record will
replace the oldest one.
