Driving position memory (driver's seat)
Your preferred driving position (the position of the driver's seat, steering
wheel and outside rear view mirrors) can be memorized and recalled with
the touch of a button. It is also possible to set this function to activate auto-
matically when the doors are unlocked.
Three different driving positions can be entered into memory.

Entering a position to memory
Switch to IGNITION ON mode.
STEP 1
Adjust the driver' s seat, steering wheel, and outside rear view
STEP 2
mirrors to the desired positions.
STEP 3
■ Recalling the memorized position
Check that the shift lever is set in P.
Switch to IGNITION ON mode.
STEP 1
STEP 2
Push the "SET" button, then
within 3 seconds push button
"1", "2" or "3" until you hear a
beep.
If the selected button has
already been preset, the previ-
ously recorded position will be
overwritten.
To recall the memorized posi-
tion, push button "1", "2" or "3"
until you hear a beep.


