6.3. Formatting the memory card

This function will format the memory card, erasing all images and data contained.
Note:
• Please keep in mind: Formatting irreversibly deletes all pictures and video clips on the
microSD/ SDHC memory card!
• Therefore, transfer important data on to a computer before the memory card is formatted.
1. Press the button Menu [9] in the photo or video mode.
2. Select the Setup menu [
3. Select the "Format" option with the keys  / and press the shutter button[
to confirm your selection.
4. Select "Yes" and confirm your selection with the shutter button[

7. Camera settings

All menu settings can only be performed when the rear monitor is activated. If the front monitor
is activated no setting adjustments can be performed.

7.1. Photo mode

In the Settings menu of the photo mode, the settings for taking photos can be made.
1. Press the M (mode) button and select the picture mode [
