Troubleshooting

Condition
Insufficient power, please install new batteries.
The video recorder
Batteries installed incorrectly.
can not be turned ON
Reinstall batteries, note correct polarity alignment.
The SD Card is not inserted.
Insert the SD card for photo taking / video recording.
Can not take a picture
Write protection switch on the SD card is set to LOCK-ed
or record any videos
position. Remove the SD Card and set the switch to non-LOCK
position.
Unclear or blurred Keep recorder steady while recording video or taking photos.
photos Use tripod or support video recorder while recording.
