Back panel components

The back panel of an HPE SimpliVity 380 server contains the Accelerator card, network and device ports, power
supplies, and boot drives.
Description
Powers the server and system power LED on and off.
Indicate if the server is operating normally or whether there are server
errors that require your attention.
Provides server identification information that might be required when
contacting Customer Support (http://www.hpe.com/support/hpesc).
Enables you to connect a USB 3.0 device, such as a mouse or
keyboard.
Press the latches on the left and right side of the front panel to remove
the server from the rack.
Three drive bays that contain up to eight 2.5" drives per bay. The drives
in each bay are numbered 1 to 8, left to right.
The server models contain these drive configurations:
Large, All Flash model: Contains 12 drives. Drives 1 to 8 in bay 1
and drives 1 to 4 in bay 2 are SSDs. The remaining drive slots are
empty and cannot be used to install additional drives.
Medium, All Flash model: Contains 9 drives. Drives 1 to 8 in bay 1
and drive 1 in bay 2 are SSDs. The remaining drive slots are empty
and cannot be used to install additional drives.
Small, All Flash model: Contains 5 drives. Drives 1 to 5 in Bay 1 are
SSDs. The remaining drive slots are empty and cannot be used to
install additional drives.
