Sapphire III Base User Interface Introductions

The following interface has been designed for the Sapphire III Base amplifier. This is only a brief introduction of the
software that related to connections of the power amplifier. For further information, please refer to introduction of
the software. The image shows below is an overview of the User Interface:
Functions and Operations
1. Audio Selection
After entering the User Interface, computer will automatically scan the connected models. Please choose the
detected Sapphire III (Base) model and choose an input audio type (Dante Audio/Analog Audio).
SCAN: Click manually to scan connected models.
Dante™ Audio: Dante™ audio input mode.
Analog Audio: Analog audio input mode.
2. Channel Selection and Bridge
Click a channel button to choose the channel that needs operation. As the figure shown below, the selected
channel will be highlighted (CHA). Only one channel can be chosen at a time.
Click "BRIDGE A B" and/or "BRIDGE C D" button to enable BRIDGE mode. The selected one will be
highlighted. As the image shows on the left:
• "BRIDGE A B" is chosen: A and B are bridged. Channel A is used for bridged output. Channel B has
the same output with channel A. Channel B cannot be selected to operate independently.
• "BRIDGE C D" is chosen: C and D are bridged. Channel C is used for bridged output. Channel D has
the same output with channel C. Channel D cannot be selected to operate independently.
• If both "BRIDGE A B" and "BRIDGE C D" are not chosen, the system is in STEREO mode. Channel A, B, C
and D can be selected to operate as independent channels.
