reported by the GGA sentence, and DOP values.

Mode:
M = Manual, forced to operate in 2D or 3D mode.

xx = degrees

Either character N or character S, ( N = North, S = South )
Longitude

Either character E or character W, E = East, W = West
Fix valid indicator
0 = Fix not valid
1 = Fix valid
