    PREPARE THE HOOD Unpack hood and check contents. You should receive: 1 - Hood 1 - Parts Bag (B080810168) containing: 4 - Mounting Screws (3,2 x 13mm) 1 - Installation Instructions 4 MOUNTING (3,2 x 13mm) SCREWS EXTERIOR OR IN-LINE BLOWER SELECTION CAUTION: Either an exterior blower or in-line blower may be used with this hood.

    INSTALL THE DUCTWORK NOTE: To reduce the risk of fire, use only metal ductwork. 1. Choose the location where the Exterior or In-Line Blower will be mounted. See illustrations below for mounting location suggestions and restrictions. 2. A straight, short duct run will allow the hood to perform most efficiently. 3.

    INSTALL THE HOOD KNOB 1. Remove the grease filters by pushing filter METAL GRILLE towards the back of hood and rotating filter downward. 2. Remove the metal grille by turning the (2) knobs counterclockwise. 3. Cut a hole in the bottom of the cabinet, using the dimensions shown.
  • Page 7 WIRING BLOWER CONNECTION AT HOOD Exterior or In-Line CAUTION: All electrical wiring should blower be done by a qualified person (s) in accordance with all applicable codes and standards. This range hood must be CONNECT: WHITE-TO-WHITE, properly grounded. RED-TO-BLACK, GREEN-TO-GROUND. Do not turn power on at service panel until all wires have been connected.

    MAINTENANCE Proper maintenance of the Range Hood will assure proper performance of the unit. Grease Filters The grease filters should be cleaned fre- quently. Use a warm detergent solution. Grease filters are dishwasher safe. GREASE FILTERS Remove filter by pushing filter towards the back of hood and rotating filter downward.

    OPERATION LIGHT BLOWER SWITCH SWITCH Controls The hood is operated using the slide controls under the bottom of the hood. The light switch turns the lamps on and off. The blower switch :makes it possible to select the motor operating speed. Position 0: motor off.

    INSTALLATION DU SYSTEME D’EVACUATION NOTE: Pour réduire les risques d’incendie n’utiliser que des conduits métalliques. 1. Choisir l’emplacement où le ventilateur externe ou le ventilateur “In-Line” sera monté. Voir les illustrations ci-dessous pour le choix de l’emplacement et les éventuelles restrictions à suivre. 2.

    ENTRETIEN Un bon entretien de votre hotte garantira une excellente performance. Filtres anti-graisse Les filtres anti-graisse doivent être nettoyés fréquemment. Utilisez une solution contenant un détergent tiède. Les filtres anti-graisse peuvent être lavés au lave-vaisselle. FILTRES ANTI-GRAISSE Enlevez les filtres en les poussant vers l’arrière de votre hotte et en les faisant tourner vers le bas.

  • Page 23 INSTALACION DEL TUBO DE EXTRACCION NOTA: Para reducir al riesgo de incendios, use únicamente conductores de metal. 1. Escoja la posición donde hay que colocar el ventilador exterior o “In-Line”. Ver las ilustraciones de abajo, con las sugerencias de colocación, de instalación y las restricciones.
  • Page 24 INSTALACION DE LA CAMPANA REJILLA METÁLICA 1. Extraiga los filtros antigrasa tirando de ello hacia atrás de la campana y girándolos hacia abajo. 2. Quitar la rejilla metálica girando las (2) asas en sentido antihorario. 3. Hacer en la base del armario la abertura necesaria (tomen como referencia la figura).

    INSTALACION ELECTRICA CON.DEL VENTIL.A LA CAMPANA PRECAUCIÓN : Toda la instalación Ventilador Exterior eléctrica tiene realizada o “In-Line” exclusivamente por personal preparado y a CONECTE: norma con los estándares y las reglas EL CABLO BLANCO CON EL BLANCO, EL establecidas.     MANTENIMIENTO Un mantenimiento adecuado de la campana asegura el funcionamiento correcto del aparato. Filtros antigrasa Los filtros antigrasa deben limpiarse a menudo. Use un detergente que no sea fuerte. FILTROS ANTIGRASA Los filtros antigrasa se pueden meter en el lavavajillas. Extraiga los filtros tirando de ellos hacia atrás de la campana y girándolos hacia abajo.
  • Page 27 FUNCIONAMIENTO INTERRUPTOR INTERRUPTOR DEL ASPIRADOR Mandos DA LUZ La campana se controla mediante los mandos corrrederos situados en la parte inferior de la misma. El interruptor da luz enciende y apaga las lámparas. El interruptor del aspirador: regula la velocidad de trabajo del motor. Posición 0: PILOTO motor apagado.
