Down button to select Settings > Activity > Step Target.
You see this screen:
3. Press the
Up or
Down button to select the number of steps you want to target and press the
Enter button.
You see the Activity screen:
4. Press and hold the
Back button for at least 2 seconds to return to the Time screen.
