Static Entry If your access points do not broadcast the ESSID or if there are
overlapping wireless systems in use at the site, you may want to enter the correct ESSID
manually:
To enter the ESSID
1. On the keypad, enter the first character of the ESSID. To enter the character, you

Restore Defaults

The Restore Defaults option sets all user and administrative parameters to their factory
defaults. During configuration, press the right arrow to skip this mode.

Site Survey Mode

You can use the Site Survey mode to check the signal strength from access points.
When you select Site Survey Mode, the wireless telephone remains in this mode until it
is turned off. During configuration, press the right arrow to skip this mode. For help, see
"Using Site Survey Mode" later in this chapter.
