    Bug Killers 4) Safety This bug killer is designed for a variety of loads. Because of this, it is possible that voltages higher that those applied can be present inside the bug killer and at external connections of the bug killer.

    Bug Killers 16) Always plug bug killers directly into a wall outlet/receptacle. Never use with a re- locatable power tap (outlet/power strip). 17) This bug killer includes a visual alarm to warn that parts of the bug killer are getting excessively hot.

    Bug Killers d) Exhaust temperature WARNING! FIRE AND BURN HAZARD. Keep flammable material at least 40 feet away from the bug killer. A great deal of heat is expelled from the bug killer. Temperatures inside the bug killer are sufficient to ignite flammable fumes or materials.

    Bug Killers b) Startup and Operation 1. Connect the 120VAC plug to the right most receptacle to power the controls (See Figure 2. Determine where you will get power from Each plug utilized will draw the current shown in table 1a, 1b, or 1c. Carefully select power sources as to not overload and trip breakers or fuses.

Enclosed spaces, such as clothes, beds, couches and drawers may take significantly longer to reach desired temperatures than exposed surfaces in the space being heated.

    Bug Killers 11) FAQ requently sked uestions About BK Heaters (BK10, BK15, and BK20) How many different models of the BK Heater are there? There are (3) different models: the BK10, the BK15, and the BK20. The BK10 has (6) 120V inputs. Each input draws 13A for a total of 79A. The BK15 has (4) 120V inputs and (2) 240V inputs.

    Bug Killers 12) Treatment Suggestions: Adjustments must be made to treatment procedures for the given conditions in a treatment area. Effective treatment may require larger or multiple heaters depending on the size and conditions of a given treatment area. Correct power must be supplied to the unit.
