Setup
You can select the language you prefer for on-screen
menu, disc menu, etc,
Select the languagefor the on-screen
displays,
Select the language for the disc
menu displays.
Select the language for disc audio.
Select the language for disc subtitles.
• _ To select a languagethat does not appear inthe
menu, select OTHERS inthe Disc Menu, Audio and
Subtitle, and enter the languagecode of your
country (seepage 35),
• _ You cannot select OTHERS inthe OSD Language
menu,
NOTE
_* The selected language will only appear if it is
supported on the disc.
The ParentalLock function works in conjunctionwith
DVDsthat have been assigneda rating,which helps you
control the types of DVDsthat yourfamily watches,
Thereare up to 8 ratinglevelson a disc,
Parental Rat!ng .................................................
Selectthe rating levelyou want to set,
A largernumber indicatesthat the program is intended
for adult use only, For example,if you seled up to Level
6, discs that contain Level 7, 8 will not play,
Enter the password and then press the ENTER button,
- The password is set to "0000" by default,
- Once the setup is complete, you wili be taken to the
previousscreen,
Change Password
Select Change and enter the 4-dut password to set
the parental lock usingthe number buttons on the
remote control,
if you forgot your password
1. Remove the disc.
2. Press and hold the STOP (n) button on the
remote control for 5 seconds or more. All
settings will revert to the factory settings.
