Forthe Front, the mode is set to Small.
Forthe Subwoofer, the mode is set to Present.
Forthe Center and Surround, you can switch the
mode to Small or None.
- Small : Select this when using the speakers.
- None : Select this when no speaker is
connected.

Sound Edit
Youcan adjust the balanceand levelfor each speaker,
Adjusting Front/Surround Bal.
Youcan select between 0 and -6,

Adjusting Center/Surround/Subwoofer Level
_;' The volume levelcan be adjusted in steps from
+6dB to -6dB,
_;' The sound gets louder as you move closerto +6dB
and qubter as you get closer to -6dB
Delay Time
Ifthe speakerscannot be placedat equaldistancesfrom
the listeningposition, you can adjustthe delaytime of the
audio signalsfrom the Centerand Surroundspeakers.
Youcan also setthe TestTonein this mode.
Setting up the Speaker Delay Time
When 5.1CH Surround Sound is played, you can
enjoy the best sound if the distance between you
and each speaker is the same.
Since the sounds arrive at the listening position at
different times depending on the placement of
speakers, you can adjust this difference by adding a
delay effect to the Center and Surround Speakers.
NOTE
The Delay Timemenu will beactivatedonlywhena
