In particular environments: Turn off the device in potentially explosive
environments and eventually remove the battery
Always follow the rules, instructions and indications in potentially
explosive environments�
Do not use the device in filling stations or in presence of fuels or
chemical products in areas at risk of explosions�
Do not leave and/or do not transport inflammable liquids, gas or
explosives in the same compartment as the mobile phone or parts
or accessories of it�
Turn off the device before boarding on an airplane�
The use of the device on an airplane is illegal� The device could
interfere with the electronic navigation systems of the airplane�
The electronic devices in a motor vehicle could not function well because
of the radiofrequencies emitted by your device�
In a car: The electronic devices installed on the car could not function
correctly because of the radiofrequencies emitted by your mobile phone�
For more information, contact the producer of those devices�
Follow all warnings and safety rules regarding mobile devices when driving
a vehicle� While driving, safety is the highest priority. Never use the device
when driving! This is also prohibited by law.
For your and other's safety, please refer to good sense and careful practice�
Take the following advices in account on board of a car:
Use a handsfree-device or a cabled earpiece but never on both ears�
Learn to use the shortcuts and fast functions on the mobile phone
such as number reselection� These will reduce the necessary time
to make calls�
Place the device on accessible distance, in order to reach it without
distracting your view from the street� If there is an incoming call in a

delicate moment, the answering machine can take the call for you�
Communicate to the person you are talking with, that you are driving�
End the call in case of heavy traffic or dangerous atmospheric
conditions� Rain, snow, hail, ice and traffic request a very responsible
driving style�
Do not take notes and do not look up phone numbers� If doing so,
your attention will be shifted from your primary responsibility of a
safe driving�
If you need to communicate with someone, first park the car safely and
appropriately and then use the mobile phone only once the vehicle
has stopped�
Do not make stressful or demanding conversations that could distract
you from driving safely�
Use the device to ask for help in grave situations� Select the local emergency
number in case of fire, accidents or medical emergencies�
Use the device to help other people in emergency situations� If you
assist a car accident, a crime or a serious emergency in which the health
and lives of persons are at risk, first make sure you are safe and then
call the local or National emergency number�
If you see a broken down car in no emergency condition, broken road
signs or non grave accidents in which no people are harmed or if you
note a stolen car, call the street service or other special numbers, not
necessarily emergency numbers�
Care and use of the device
Keep the device dry� Moisture and any liquids could damage parts of the
device or its electrical circuits� If the phone gets wet, do not turn it on
