SOLUTION
1. Clamp the workpiece securely.
2. Check bow weight and hydraulic feed.
3. See Section 4.9 for available blade types.
4. Use the saw with a smaller tpi blade.
5. Adjust blade tension so that it does not slip on the wheel.
6. Place blade in contact with the workpiece only after the saw has started.
7. If blade tracking needs adjustment, contact your local Sealey dealer.
8. If blade guides need adjustment, contact your local Sealey dealer.
9. Use correct thickness blade.
10. Replace blade.
1. Replace with a smaller tpi blade.
2. Increase feed pressure by decreasing bow weight.
3. Increase feed pressure by decreasing bow weight.
4. Remove blade, twist inside out and reinstall.
5. Increase blade tension.
6. Increase feed pressure by decreasing bow weight.
1. Replace blade guides.
2. Adjust as described in manual.
3. Tighten blade guide brackets.

3. Use a blade more suitable for the material being cut.
4. Top up gearbox.
