Read a number in the range 01-99, which
corresponds to a max 9.9 seconds duration.
1 = set tone 1
2 = set tone 2
3 = set tone 3
4 = set tone 4
0 = beeper OFF
1 = low volume
2 = medium volume
3 = high volume
