Cause of occurrence expected
• This error number is displayed after
the execution of initialization of the
production support function or up-
grading of the program.
• This error number is displayed in the
event of production management

when the thread trimmer is not installed on the
sewing machine.
• Check whether the machine head corre-
sponds with the machine type setting.
• Check whether the motor encoder connector
is disconnected.
• Re-enter the relevant simplified program.
• Set the simplified program in disable.
