Since some of the most commonly removed parts have a direct bearing on a vehicle’s reliability and safety, conscientious assembly and preparation becomes extremely important. This assembly manual explains step by step procedures of the following items for the XMotos XP125T.

    ASSEMBLY FRONT FENDER  Remove the two crate nuts and crate bolt in picture A and discard them.  Cut the rear wheel steel tie to remove the motorcycle from the crate base.  Support the motorcycle with a suitable stand to install the front fender, front wheel and the rear shock absorber.

    ASSEMBLY REAR SHOCK ABSORBER Ø Remove the rear shock absorber nut and bolt Ø Position the shock absorber in to the mounting bracket and fasten the nut. NOTE: Rear Shock Bolt Torque - 29-31 ft. lbs.
