This heater meets the 2020 U.S. Environmental Protection Agency's crib wood emission limits for wood heaters sold after May 15, 2015. Under specific test conditions this heater has been shown to deliver heat at rates ranging from 13,100 to 17,600 Btu/hr.

    Your True North heater is designed for maximum overall ef ciency at a moderate ring rate. Over ring is hazardous, a waste of fuel and will damage your stove. Too slow a burn may contribute to creosote buildup and lowers combustion ef ciency.
