The USB Configuration submenu allows you specify settings for USB
devices.

Description
Set the base I/O address for the serial B
port.
Set the interrupt request line for the
serial B port.
Description
Enables or disables the USB controller.
If disabled, all the USB controllers will be
turned off and inaccessible to the OS.
