    3. Getting started This section describes how to put the ELAN into service on site. In order to prevent damage and malfunctions, you should proceed in the order of steps mentioned below. Before starting to work with the machine, you must be properly instructed by your dealer.

    In order to guarantee optimal dust suction for your safety and for the safety of other persons, the following items must be taken into account: Always use original LÄGLER dust bags ELAN (art. • no. 350.00. 80.105). Do not use any damaged dust bags.

    Use original LÄGLER motor belt pulleys (art. no. 350.65.05.100) only. Due to the high motor speed of the ELAN, the motor belt pulley is subjected to increased wear. The belt pulley should therefore be replaced on time in order to prevent excessive V-belt wear.
