If your new Pontiac is

with any of the Pontiac
Factory-Installed accessories . .
.
you 're in for some real driving
satisfaction! Always remember that every Pontiac approved accessory
is engineered with the same exacting methods as your fine Pontiac
car.
Check your glove box

a.ccessories are available only from your Pontiac
dealer.
AUTRONIC EYE-The autronic eye will give you automatic head-
lamp beam control
as
required by driving
conditions.
After head-
lamps have been turned on for one minute and if "BRIGHT
LIGHTS"
red indicator is not lighted, depress auxiliary foot switch: if the
"BRIGHT LIGHTS" indicator lights up, you are in "automatic"
position; if indicator does not light up, you are in "manual" (low
beam) position. To change from "automatic" to
"manual",
or vice
versa, depress the regular foot dimmer switch. To signal another car
when in "automatic low
beam"
position, depress the auxiliary foot
switch
momentarily.
THE MOTOR OPERATED ANTENNA- The electric antenna oper-
ating switch is located to the right of the ashtray on the instrument
panel. To raise antenna sections, lift operating switch lever
up.
To
lower the sections, push switch lever down. When lever is released
it returns automatically to the
"OFF" position.
Antenna sections can
be raised or lowered to any intermediate height by releasing switch
lever when desired position is reached.

position beyond full travel of
ad'i:enna (up or down) any longer than necessary to make sure antenna
has reached the end of its
travel..
Such practice would result in motor over-
load and excessive wear of the drive
mechanism.
For best operating results, keep antenna sections clean by wiping
occasiona
lly with a damp cloth to remove road film or dirt which
mayacs
umulate.
THE CHIEFTAIN RADIO
