1. If you have an account open, you can quickly switch to another account by
pressing NAVIGATION right or left.
2. Click Menu > Switch Accounts.

Send a message draft

1. On the Home screen, click Start > Messaging and select an account.
2. Click Menu > Folders.
3. Click Drafts and click the draft to open it.
4. When you have finished composing the message, click Send.
Reply to a message
1. From an open message, click Menu > Reply or Reply All.
2. Enter a message in the message area.
3. Click Send.
If you are replying to an e-mail in the Outlook E-mail account, you will send less data if
you do not edit the original message. This may reduce data transfer costs based on
your rate plan.
Respond to a meeting request
You can receive and respond to Outlook meeting requests on your phone in a similar
manner as you do in Outlook on your PC.
1. On the Home screen, click Start > Messaging, and select an account.
2. Click the meeting request and respond to it as follows:
To accept the meeting request and insert the meeting into your calendar,
click Menu > Accept.
To decline the meeting request, click Menu > Decline.
To tentatively accept the meeting request and insert a tentative meeting
into your calendar, click Menu > Tentative.
Note
Your response is sent back to the meeting organizer the next time you synchronize.
Save a draft of a message
You can save a draft of a message that you are composing to finish and send later.
While in a message you are composing, click Menu > Save to Drafts. A draft of
the message is stored in the Drafts folder of the account you are in.
