1. On the Home screen, click Start > Pictures & Videos > Camera.
2. Click Menu > Mode > Burst.
3. Press ENTER.
Tip
1. Take a test burst to find out how many pictures are taken in a burst.
Note
To stop a burst of pictures before all pictures have been taken, close Camera.
If your device has a camera button, you can press it to take pictures in a burst.

Pause or resume video recording

While recording a video clip, you can pause the recording and resume it later.
1. On the Home screen, click Start > Pictures & Videos > Camera.
2. Click Menu > Video.
3. Press ENTER to begin recording.
4. Click Pause to pause the recording.
5. Click Resume to resume the recording.
6. Click Stop to end the recording.
Note
If Camera goes on standby while the recording is paused, the recording is stopped and
the video clip is saved.
Adjust pictures and video for lighting conditions
White balance settings optimize pictures and video clips for the type of ambient light. If
you are not sure what to select, try the Automatic setting.
1. On the Home screen, click Start > Pictures & Videos > Camera.
2. Click Menu > Video.
3. Click Menu > White Balance.
4. Select a white balance setting that matches the available light source.
Select where pictures are saved
You can set the default location where pictures are saved. If you select main memory,
pictures are saved to permanent storage on your device, which may require that you
consider the storage needs of other programs.
1. On the Home screen, click Start > Pictures & Videos.
2. Click Menu > Options > Camera tab.
