Faults
Water not flowing in.
Detergent not washed in.
The washing machine
door cannot be opened.
Programme does not
start.
The additional function
could not be activated for
the selected programme.
The water has not
drained.
Water not visible in the
drum.
The spin result is not sat-
isfactory.
The spin cycle has acti-
vated several times.
Foam is coming out of the
detergent drawer.
Dispenser not completely
rinsed out.
Cause/Remedy
Tap turned on?
Water inlet hose kinked or blocked
Filter blocked? Clean filter~ Page 22
Water pressure too low?
Loose debris is blocking the pump, clean the pump~ Page 21
The drainage hose is blocked, clean it ~ Page 21
Switch off the appliance, wait 5 seconds and switch it back on.
If the display appears again, call the customer service.

Start/Reload not selected?
Tap not open?
Filter blocked? Clean filter. ~ Page 22
Supply hose kinked or jammed?
Is there water in the drum?
The programme does not end normally. Select any programme.
Is there water in the drum? Select the 0 Spin programme.
The door can be opened via the emergency release only. ~ Page 22
Start/Reload or Ready in selected?
The washing machine door does not close correctly.
Can the additional options be selected?~ Page 15

Clean the drain pump. ~ Page 21
Clean the outlet pipe and/or drainage hose.
Not a fault – water below the visible area.
Wash small and large items of laundry together.
Too low speed selected?
Not a fault – unbalanced load detection system adjusts imbalance.
Too much detergent used?
Mix 1 tablespoon of fabric conditioner with ½ litre of water and pour into
dispenser II in the detergent drawer.
Reduce detergent dosage for the next wash cycle.
Remove the insert. Clean the detergent drawer and re-insert it.~ Page 20
