3.2 Powering Off the BBU

The BBU power-off is classified into normal power-off and emergency power-off.
Procedure
Step 1 Choose normal power-off or emergency power-off based on the actual situation.
If...
The BBU is powered off in the case of an
equipment swap or a foreseeable regional
blackout,
The BBU incurs electric spark, smog, water
immersion, and so on,
Step 2 To perform the normal power-off, do as follows:

Step 3 Set the MCB on the external power device that corresponds to the BBU to OFF. If time allows,
set the power switch of the BBU to OFF , and then set the MCB on the PDU that corresponds
to the BBU to OFF.
