You can repeat this procedure until the hair on every part of
the head has the desired length and a smooth transition
between the long hair on the top and the shorter hair on the
back and sides of the head has been achieved.
Precise contouring without comb attachment
To contour the hairline round the ears and at the nape, remove the
comb attachment by pulling it off the clipper.
Be careful when you are clipping without comb attachment, for the
clipper will remove every hair it touches.

First comb the hair ends over the ear.

If necessary, bend the person's ear to get it out of the way.

Hold the clipper without comb attachment with the cutter
pointing downwards.

Place one edge of the cutter onto the skin and then slowly and
carefully shape the desired outline.
Always keep the teeth of the clipper at a safe distance from the ears.
Tilt the clipper in such a way that only one edge of the cutting element
touches the hair ends.

Turn the clipper and hold it with the cutter pointing
downwards.

Cut only the hair ends.The hairline should be close to the ear.

Make slow and steady downward strokes.

Do not place the clipper too high up on the back of the head.
Follow the natural hairline.

Do not try to comb the hair downwards with the clipper, as
