Commissioning

Charging

The battery of your distyNotruf must be fully charged before use (at least 4 hours).
First pull off the sealing lid from the distyNotruf and plug in the jack of the cable. Connect the
other side of the charging with the power supply and plug it to a wall socket.
distyNotruf is fully charged when the red LED has stopped blinking. Replace the protection lid on
the distyNotruf after disconnecting the cable. This prevents to come dust/dirt/humidity into the
plug, which might damage the device on the long run!

Subscription

Before you can make calls with distyNotruf, the device must be paired with the base station of
your DECT telephone. This procedure is called subscription.
For this purpose the subscription of your normal DECT telephone activated via the Paging-
Button (see user manual of the DECT telephone). Connect the distyNotruf with the charging
cable, as described in the chapter above.
Now press and hold the button (10 sec.), until the green LED lights up. Release button within 5
seconds. Now you see the green LED flashing. The distyNotruf is looking for a DECT - base station
with subscription activated.
